This is my own internet connection, or I have permission to test it.

How it works: our server tries to open a TCP connection to 23 common ports, plus any extra ports you enter, on the IP address you are visiting from. Only your own IP can be scanned and only once every 15 minutes.

Good to know: behind a VPN, a mobile network or a shared (company) network, the scan tests the VPN server or shared gateway rather than your own device. Only TCP is tested, not UDP or ping. Ports that the network of our server blocks outgoing may show up as stealth.
